Expedited 2 hour mediation sessions are available for simple two party cases (other than divorce cases). Two hour mediation sessions are charged at a rate of $495.00 per party (2 party cases only).
3 hour sessions are also available for simple two party cases, but are not recommended for multi-party or family law cases. Three hour mediation sessions are charged at a rate $725.00 per party.
4 hour sessions are also available for two party and multi-party cases.
Four hour mediation sessions are charged at a rate of $795.00
Full day mediation sessions are available with lunch to be provided by the mediator. This session will normally be scheduled at the following time:
9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. $1,995 per party*
*The mediator is committed to working on the case throughout the evening if necessary. Additional hours are charged at the rate of $400.00/hour (to be split among the parties).
Mike does not charge for reasonable travel or in cities outside his immediate service area if three or more mediations are scheduled for the same day. Other mediations are scheduled out of Mike’s office on a case by case basis.
All mediation fees are due seven days in advance of a scheduled mediation via credit card payment, Paypal or law firm check.
Currently, Mike does not charge a cancellation fee, so long as this privilege is not abused. He requests that any party needing to cancel make every effort to do so at least seven days before the scheduled mediation.
